Contact and product enquiries

Information you submit is recorded to answer your questions and follow up on your selected product. City and message fields are optional. We do not request payment card details, payment information or identity documents. Sending the form does not create a confirmed order or subscribe you to a marketing list.

Use of your photographs

Standard room preview runs in your browser. Your selected photograph is not automatically sent to a server for this preview. Downloading a result saves the file to your device.

If AI visualisation is enabled and you start it, room and door images are sent to OpenAI to generate the result. The application does not save these images in the enquiry database; the service provider’s processing and retention terms also apply. Avoid photographs containing people, private documents or content you have no permission to share.

Access and security

Enquiries are reviewed through an authorised management area. The application uses management access controls, form validation, request limits and HTTPS connections. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed for internet transmission or storage.

Service providers and preferences

The site uses Cloudflare and OpenAI/Sites infrastructure for hosting and access. Providers may process technical logs for service delivery and security, including processing abroad. The application has no advertising pixels or visitor analytics trackers. Remembering your language for later visits is optional.

When you follow a third-party link, that service’s privacy terms apply. Processing purposes, legal grounds, recipients, retention criteria and your rights are described in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
