Information collected and collection methods

The contact form electronically collects your name, telephone number or email address, preferred contact method, optional city and message, and selected product and colour. The system creates a request reference, date and follow-up status. Submitting the form does not create a payment or confirmed order.

Access and transaction records may be processed for security. Request limits use daily hashed identifiers and counters; raw IP addresses are not added to enquiry records. Hosting providers may process IP and device/browser information in their own security logs.

Purposes and legal grounds

Answering enquiries and quotations, assessing product requirements and pre-contract communication rely on Article 5(2)(c) where directly related to your request. System security and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests under Article 5(2)(f), subject to protecting your fundamental rights.

Where a specific legal obligation or dispute arises, relevant records may be processed under Articles 5(2)(ç) and 5(2)(e). Optional persistent language memory relies on your affirmative choice, which you can withdraw. Sending an enquiry does not grant marketing permission.

Room photographs and visualisation

Your selected room photograph is processed in your browser during standard preview; selecting a file alone does not upload it to a server. If AI visualisation is enabled and you start it, room and door images are sent through the server to OpenAI to provide the visualisation you requested. These images are not saved in the enquiry database.

Avoid including people, identity documents or sensitive personal data in photographs. You must have permission to use and share the image. Providers’ processing and retention practices differ from the local preview on your device.

Recipients and international transfers

Authorised company staff review your enquiries. Data needed to provide the service is processed with hosting, database and access infrastructure providers (Cloudflare and OpenAI/Sites); images are processed with OpenAI if you start AI visualisation. Information is disclosed to competent public authorities only under an applicable legal obligation.

Using foreign service providers may involve processing abroad. Such transfers are subject to Article 9 of KVKK; visiting the site or submitting a form is not blanket consent to international transfers.

Retention criteria

Retention of enquiry records is assessed against follow-up needs, any ongoing commercial relationship, applicable statutory periods and disputes. When the need ends, deletion, destruction or anonymisation obligations apply. This site has no mechanism to automatically delete enquiries after a fixed period. Cookie lifetimes are explained separately in the Cookie Policy.

Your rights and requests

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you can ask whether your data is processed, how it is used and who receives it. You may request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; deletion or destruction when the conditions apply; and notification of those actions to recipients. Your rights to object to adverse outcomes based solely on automated analysis and to seek compensation for unlawful processing remain reserved.

Do not include identity documents or sensitive personal data in the general form; it is not an identity-verification channel replacing statutory request procedures.
